Cream Of Peanut Soup(Very Different And Delicious - Williamsburg Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. celery, finely chopped
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. chunky peanut butter
    3 (13 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
    2 c. cream
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in butter for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add flour, then peanut butter, stirring until melted. Gradually stir in broth.
    Return to heat.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add cream and heat through.
    Serves 10.
    Preparation time is 20 minutes.
