Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cornmeal
1 small, chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. milk

Preparation

Mix cornmeal and onion.
Add egg and milk.
Drop by teaspoon into very hot oil.
Fry until golden brown.
Drain.
Makes 2 dozen.
