Spunky Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. pork spareribs
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place ribs meaty side down in shallow roasting pan.
    Roast in 450\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Drain off fat.
    Turn ribs and roast 30 more minutes.
    Again, drain off fat.
    Combine remaining ingredients; brush on ribs.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Roast ribs, covered, for 1 hour, brushing with sauce occasionally.
    Makes 4 servings.
