Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans chopped sauerkraut, well drained
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped carrot
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. Wesson salad oil
Preparation
    Put sugar, vinegar and oil in pan and bring almost to the boiling point.
    Let cool a few minutes.
    Mix thoroughly with chopped vegetables.
    Keep marinating it until it is well flavored. Will keep in refrigerator for several days.
