Great-Grandma'S Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Set aside 3/4 cup of mixture for top.
Combine remaining mixture with eggs, buttermilk vanilla and baking soda and beat.
Add topping.
Bake approximately 35 minutes or until firm in center in 350\u00b0 oven.
Use either 2 round pans or one 9 x 13-inch pan.
