Yellow Bean Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 or 2 eggs (depending on size)
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
parsley, chopped (dry)
Preparation

Dissolve dry ingredients.
Boil (medium heat) until thick, stirring all the time.
Pour over cooked beans and add parsley.
