Tofu Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) tofu
    1 carrot, grated
    2 stalks green onions, chopped
    1 small can mushroom pieces
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can water chestnuts, chopped
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice tofu into quarters.
    Cook in salted water for 20 minutes.
    Drain and crumble.
    Mix the remaining ingredients, except for the soup.
    Place the mixture into a greased loaf pan. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
    Pour heated, undiluted cream of mushroom soup over the loaf.
