Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour (sifted)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini (skin included)
    3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda; set aside.
    In a large bowl, beat the eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add the oil, sugars, zucchini and vanilla. Sift in dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
