Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    5 to 5 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add sugar and stir, then add half flour (2 1/2 cups).
    Mix well.
    Add shortening and salt and stir well.
    Add remaining flour 1 cup at a time.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Pinch off and place in greased pan.
    Let rise about 1 hour.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
