Pasta With Anchovy And Onion - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pasta
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    1/4 c. spaghetti sauce
    fresh ground pepper
    1 (2 oz.) can flat anchovies
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    1/4 c. whipping cream
    Parmesan or Romano cheese
Preparation
    Cook pasta to al dente.
    Rinse anchovies in lukewarm water and place in milk.
    Soak for 1/2 hour.
    Saute onion and garlic in oil. Remove anchovies and discard milk.
    Dice anchovies and add to pan.
    Cook for several minutes until anchovies begin to come apart.
    Add spaghetti sauce and cream and mix thoroughly.
    Add pepper and cheese.
    Serve over pasta.
    Serves 4.
