Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    butter (for baking dish)
    4 c. apples (tart), sliced and peeled (7 to 8 medium)
    1 c. brown sugar (light)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    3/4 c. flour
    salt
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Butter a 1-quart baking dish or 9-inch Pyrex dish.
    Arrange slices in dish.
    Mix half of the brown sugar with cinnamon and nutmeg; sprinkle over apples.
    Add juices and zest.
