Nut Cookie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine/butter (soft)
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/4 c. plain or whole-wheat flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans (nuts)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix margarine and brown sugar in large bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients just until crumbly.
Press mixture against bottom and side of ungreased pie pan, 9 x 1 1/2-inches, building up 1/2-inch edge; flute edge, if desired.
