Oven Fried Chicken Chimichangas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

cooked chicken
1 c. Jack cheese
green onions
flour tortillas
vegetable oil
Preparation

Wrap tortillas in damp paper towels; microwave for 15 seconds. Brush tortillas with vegetable oil (keep tortillas warm). Combine chicken, cheese and onions.
Place chicken mixture in center of tortillas.
Fold left and right sides toward center. Fold up bottom and top; secure with toothpick.
Place in lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, or until crisp.
