Salmon Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. canned salmon
2 c. mashed potatoes
2 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
3 tsp. lemon juice
2 small onions, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
plain flour
1 egg, beaten
bread crumbs
Preparation

Break up salmon in large bowl.
Add potatoes, onions, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Form into patties.
Coat patties with flour.
Dip into beaten egg and then roll in bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Serves 4.
