Whole Wheat Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    1 egg plus 1 egg white
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/4 c. white flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream until fluffy the sugar, butter and egg.
    Mix flour (both kinds), soda and salt.
    Then add to creamed mixture.
    Chill.
    Shape into balls.
    Roll in 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, mixed together.
    Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 10 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
