Two-Way Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium baking potatoes
    1/3 c. hot milk
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    6 crisp bacon slices, crumbled
    1/3 c. minced green onions
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper
    1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes.
    When cool, peel and slice.
    Place potatoes in shallow baking dish.
    Pour 1/4 to
    1/2 cup bourbon over
    and butter generously.
    Cover with lots
    of
    dark
    brown sugar.
    Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.\tGreat
    at Thanksgiving or any time.
