Orange Soda Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. orange-pineapple gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 large (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 banana, diced (optional)
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
10 oz. Minute Maid orange juice

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Beat cream cheese until it is fluffy.\tSlowly add gelatin that has been dissolved in hot water.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Chill until firm.
Serves 8 to 12.
