Yum(Spicy Seafood Salad) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large oysters
5 large shrimp
4 oz. squid
1 stalk lemon grass
2 oz. fresh mint leaves
2 green onions
1 small onion
1 1/3 Tbsp. fish sauce
1 1/4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. m.s.g. (optional)
4 1/2 tsp. lemon or lime juice
1 tsp. sliced hot pepper or ground hot pepper
3 c. water
2 small tomatoes
Preparation

Clean squid and slice into strips 1 inch wide.
If using fresh oysters, remove from shell.
Clean and devein shrimp.
Slice lemon grass and green onion into very thin pieces.
Cut tomatoes into 6 pieces each.
Slice onion.
Place water in a saucepan and boil.
Add shrimp, oyster and squid.
Boil for 1 minute.
Remove from stove and drain all water leaving seafood in pan.
Place all other ingredients in pan.
Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.
Place on serving plate covered with lettuce leaves.
Serve 2.
