Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless pork, cut up in bite size
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1 can pineapple chunks, drained
    1/2 c. juice from pineapple
    Wesson oil, salt and pepper
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 green pepper, cut up
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Season.
    Stir in combined barbecue sauce, pineapple juice, vinegar and cornstarch.
    Cover.
    Let simmer 35 minutes.
    Add pineapple chunks and green pepper.
    Simmer 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
