Cola Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) bottom round roast
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. cola
    12 oz. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. hot sauce (if desired)
Preparation
    Combine salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Rub over roast. Brown roast on all sides in vegetable oil in Dutch oven.
    Drain off drippings.
    Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours or until tender.
