Crunchy Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Post Natural Bran flakes, crushed
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg white, beaten
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 lb.)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix cereal, lemon peel and salt.
    Dip chicken in egg white.
    Coat with the cereal mixture.
    Arrange in a 13 x 9-inch pan which has been sprayed with no stick cooking oil. Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly done.
    Makes 6 servings.
