Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and slice (thin).
    Make a white sauce of the butter, flour, salt and milk.
    After white sauce thickens, remove from heat and add the grated cheese.
    Place potatoes in casserole dish and cover with hot cheese sauce.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
