Stuffed Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    dash of black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    6 steak rolls (not pre-split), hollowed and split on top
Preparation
    Cook beef and onion; drain off grease.
    Mix all ingredients including bread from hollowed out rolls.
    Stuff this mixture evenly into rolls.
    Brush top of rolls with melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
    Freezes well, but thaw before baking or bread crust becomes too hard.
    Great with French fries and a salad!
