Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded zucchini
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. Bisquick
    4 to 5 eggs
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Mix with other ingredients. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
