Mincemeat Crips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. moist mincemeat
    1 c. diced apples
    1 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. rolled oats (quick) or old-fashioned (uncooked)
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine mincemeat and apples in an 8-inch square pan.
    Combine flour, rolled oats, brown sugar and butter; sprinkle over mincemeat mixture.
    Press lightly.
    Bake in preheated moderate oven about 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
