South-Of-The-Border Chicken Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine or butter
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp. paprika
dash of garlic powder
4 sandwich buns, split
8 oz. sliced deli chicken
4 tomato slices
1 medium avocado, peeled and sliced
4 lettuce leaves
salsa (if desired)
Preparation

In small bowl, combine margarine, chili powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika and garlic powder; blend well.
Spread cut sides of buns with margarine mixture.
