Italian Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. fat
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
2 sliced onions
3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
3 Tbsp. flour
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes *
1/4 c. chili sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. stuffed olives
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat fat in heavy pan.
Add mushrooms and onions.
Saute over low heat until tender.
Remove from heat.
Rub meat with flour and brown on all sides.
Add remaining ingredients.
Put in slow oven for several hours.
Serves 8.
