Iowa Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy cornbread
    1 can whole corn, drained
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    4 Tbsp. minced onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 45 minutes or until set.
    Leave lid on the first half hour.
