Cranberry Sauce Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 c. raisins, soaked in hot water to plump, then drain)
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 can whole cranberry sauce
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add egg and almond extract.
Cream again.
Sift together the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves and allspice.
Set aside.
Dry raisins on paper toweling.
Mix raisins with a tablespoon or two of the dry ingredients.
Add raisins to creamed mixture.
Add dry ingredients and blend well.
Add cranberry sauce, mixing well.
Pour into a greased 9-inch angel food pan.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour or until it tests done.
