Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) box chicken
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    butter or margarine (optional)
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken.
    Dip and coat each piece with mayonnaise, then flour.
    Salt and pepper each piece before or after coatings according to taste and preference.
    Place coated chicken in baking pan.
