Pumpkin Bundt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18 1/4 oz.) package yellow cake mix
    1 (3.4 oz.) instant butterscotch pudding
    4 eggs
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 cup canned pumpkin
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    Optional: whipped cream
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds, then beat on medium for 4 minutes.
    Pour into a greased bundt pam.
    Bake 55 to 60 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
    (Mixture will be thick.)
