1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pouch dry onion soup and recipe mix
6 med. potatoes, cut into 1 inch pieces
6 med. carrots, thickly sliced
3 1/2 - 4 pound boneless chuck pot roast trimmed

Slow Cooker Directions:
In slow cooker mix soup, soup mix, potatoes, and carrots.
Add roast and turn to coat.
Cover and cook on low 8 to 9 hours or until roast and vegetables are done.
