Marinated Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. steak
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and pour over steak. Marinate in refrigerator 1 to 3 days. Bring to room temperature, then broil or BBQ approximately 5 minutes per side. Slice thinly on the diagonal. Make 4 to 6 servings.
