Ingredients

10 large green mangos
1 c. lime juice
3 chopped chili peppers
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 lb. brown sugar
1 c. raisins
1 c. vinegar
3 cloves garlic, mashed
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 Tbsp. chopped crystallized ginger
Preparation

Dice mangos.
Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
Bring to a boil.
Lower heat to simmer and cook slowly for 3 hours.
