Wine-Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. red wine
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 boneless chicken breasts
Preparation
    Make sauce with the first 7 ingredients.
    Pour over chicken and cover.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 375\u00b0.
    Uncover last 15 minutes. Serve at once over hot rice.
