Grapenut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. buttermilk
1 c. Grapenuts
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Combine buttermilk, Grapenuts, sugar and cinnamon and soak for 3 hours. Combine remaining ingredients and mix together. Dissolve 1 teaspoon soda in 1/2 cup water. Mix all together. Pour into 2 greased bread pans. Bake 300\u00b0 for 1 hour 20 minutes.
