Wine Gelatin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. boiling water
1 c. dry red wine
1/2 c. cold water
whipped cream
Preparation

Dissolve strawberry jello and sugar in boiling water, stir in wine and cold water.
Pour into a 4-cup mold.
Chill until firm. Unmold on serving dish.
Garnish with sugared grapes.
Serve with whipped cream.
