Vermont Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (28 oz.) can sweet potatoes
1/2 c. Vermont Maid syrup
3 Tbsp. evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Drain sweet potatoes well.
Place in large mixing bowl.
Beat with electric mixer until well mashed and smoothly blend in syrup, evaporated milk and butter.
Pour into greased baking dish. Top with marshmallows. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes. Marshmallow should be golden brown.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
