Unbaked Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 large can Carnation evaporated milk, chilled overnight

Preparation

Mix together the Jell-O and hot water; let cool.
Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Whip the chilled milk until stiff, then whip all ingredients together.
Pour into an 8 x 13 x 2-inch crumb-lined pan.
