Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cooked, seasoned, deboned and diced
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can creamed chicken soup
1 small jar chopped pimentos
dash of garlic salt
melted margarine
crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix chicken, sour cream, soup and pimentos.
Put into a 2-quart casserole.
Top with crushed Ritz crackers and melted margarine.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
May be served in small tart shells.
Warm shells, fill with warmed filling and top with crumbs and margarine.
