Ingredients

1 graham cracker crust
3 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 1/3 c. coconut
8 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy.
Add milk and sugar. Fold in coconut, extract and Cool Whip.
Pour into crust and cover with upside-down plastic cover from graham cracker crust.
Freeze. Place pieces of pie in microwave for 10 seconds before serving. Freeze leftovers.
