Fudge Brownies With A Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour, divided
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cold butter
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
1/2 c. cocoa
1 egg
2 Tbsp. coffee liqueur or 1 tsp. instant coffee, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In medium bowl, combine 1 cup of flour and sugar.
Cut into butter until crumbly.
Press mixture firmly on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake 15 minutes.
