Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
2 c. chopped pecans (reserved)
Preparation

Mix
all
ingredients with one cup nuts.
Divide into 2 balls or
one large ball.
Roll in remaining nuts.
Serve with crackers. Refrigerate leftovers.
