Hazelnut-Parmesan Asparagus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 lbs. asparagus spears
    2 Tbsp. butter or stick margarine
    3 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh basil leaves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped hazelnuts
Preparation
    Heat water to boiling; cover and cook 4-6 minutes or until crisp and tender.
    Drain and set aside.
    Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
    Stir in mushrooms, and cook until light brown. Stir asparagus, basil, salt and pepper into mushrooms until vegetables are coated with seasoning and asparagus is heated through.
    Sprinkle with cheese and hazelnuts.
