Bessie Eakins Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    juice of 1 1/2 lemons
    rind of lemons, grated
    1 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 egg yolks
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, salt and boiling water.
    Cook 15 minutes. Add butter, egg yolks, rind and juice.
    Turn into baked pie shell. Top with meringue.
