Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage (medium), shredded
    1 onion, sliced
Preparation
    Put cabbage and onion in a frying pan with bacon drippings. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Fry on medium heat until just about done.
    Add 1 tablespoon cider vinegar.
    Cover.
    Let fry on low for 10 minutes.
