Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 unbeaten eggs
2 c. sifted flour
2 c. uncooked quick oats
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. shredded coconut
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
Preparation

Cream first 4 ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients. Roll into small balls and flatten with a fork. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375\u00b0. Makes about 6 dozen.
