Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium green peppers
    salted water
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. Stove Top chicken flavor stuffing mix
    1/2 lb. bulk sausage
    1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Halve peppers lengthwise; discard stem and seeds.
    Parboil peppers in boiling, salted water 8 to 10 minutes; drain and place in shallow baking dish with 1/8 inch of water.
