Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 apples
1/2 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chunk pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
1 c. pecans, chopped (optional)
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. water
1 egg
Preparation

Core and dice apples (can be peeled, if desired).
In large bowl, put apples, marshmallows, drained pineapple and nuts.
In small saucepan, beat egg.
Add sugar, flour, pineapple juice and water.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens like pudding.
Pour over apple mixture and chill.
