Aunt Pauline'S Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shrimp, boiled and diced
    2 c. potatoes, diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. French dressing
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. onion, grated
Preparation
    Combine cooked shrimp, cooked potatoes, celery and onion.
    Add French dressing, lemon juice and salt.
    Chill.
    Just before serving, add the mayonnaise.
    Serve on a platter garnished with salad greens, tomato wedges and avocado slices.
